Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame
The Draggins Rod & Custom Car Club Inducted in to Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame 2019 October 26 2019
The SaskAbilities & Easter Seals Saskatchewan made the decision to nominate the Draggins Rod & Custom Car Club to the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame in Brantford, Ontario. They wanted to honor the time and commitment that the car club has given to them and to sharing their craft and enthusiasm for street rodding while supporting their community. The club received the information that they had been chosen from across Canada to be inducted in the "Car Club" Category. The recipients inducted in the other two categories were Mr Jerry Kay of Waterloo, Ontario in the "Individual" Category and Canadian Hot Rods Magazine, Nanaimo, BC in the "Company" Category.

Eight club members representing the club flew to Brantford, Ontario for the induction ceremony and banquet Oct 26, 2019. A wonderful speech detailing the 60 years of the Draggins accomplishments in the community along with a Power Point display of photographs and videos was done by the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame commitee.
This honour was never expected and the club is truly appreciative of the SaskAbilities efforts in putting together a package that told the history, past and present, of the car club. Thanks so much to the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame Directors for choosing us to receive this distinction.
